Hey Runners,
I started running 18 months ago and found it to be a great stress reliever. I love watching the biggest loser which motivated me to be a healthier person and I hope to run my first marathon
this year. I hope at fifty four years old I can motivate others to do the same. I have lost 45 pounds
and I have ran two 13.2 mile marathons on my tread mill. Let me know if anyone else is trying
to do same, I love running with others and It would great having others letting me know how
their doing on their progress.
